GhostBed is a horrible company. I am filing a report to the BBB apparently there are over 300 reports to the BBB on GhostBed. I had a ghost bed mattress, the regular version, that I bought in 2018. I had no issues with it and it looked perfect when I sold it this year. I only got rid of it bc I upgraded bed size.
