Posted May 1. I have been on 11 cruises on several different cruise lines.. I have to say that the NCL Epic is the worst. We had so many issues. 1. Turning on the lights in our room..Actually had to ask other passengers how to turn them on.. Had an inside cabin ,room in total darkness, Directions on how to work them on blue card on bed. Be aware that the Epic Courtyard (pool area) is far from quite with 2 big vents and some kind of motors in them running constantly.
